Ahmadsha, originally from Kabul, has been living in Würzburg, Germany, with his family for almost nine years. In his home country, he worked for the US Federal Office for 14 years before coming to Germany due to the unstable situation in Afghanistan. He now feels at home in Würzburg and appreciates the city and the friendliness of the people.

His biggest concern is learning German, although he is making progress. In his free time, he often cooks Afghan dishes like Kabeli Palau and Mantu, which bring back fond memories of his family and home.

He believes that integration is working well, but emphasizes the importance of connecting with German people and learning the language.

Das Projekt
in aller Kürze

Jeder Mensch - egal wie alt, egal woher - will irgendwann endlich ankommen.
